Cushing Terrell civil engineers and planners investigate physical and jurisdictional factors and constraints on all manner of project sites for our clients. We develop feasibility studies and site investigation reports to aid in site selection, real estate acquisitions, and preliminary project planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Cushing Terrell’s civil team works closely with clients, project stakeholders, other consultants, and jurisdictions to develop engineering construction drawings suitable for permitting, bidding, and construction. Our expertise includes site design, earthwork, grading and drainage, storm water control, conveyance and detention, water/waste water conveyance and treatment, roadway and transportation, dry utilities, and erosion control.
The work doesn’t stop when the drawings are signed. Our engineers stay connected to your project throughout construction, providing responses to contractor inquiries and submittals, making site visits for observation and inspection, and closing out projects with as-built certifications and record drawings.
