Bozeman Health Medical Office Building 5

The new 89,249 sq. ft. medical office building (MOB) on the campus of Bozeman Health consists of five stories and a basement, and houses central registration, WWAMI education and lab space, Pediatrics, PT/OT, and Internal Medicine.

Notably, MOB5 was constructed with a continuous exterior insulated wall system to significantly enhance the insulation value of the exterior walls and minimize energy usage by this building well into the future. A design/build project delivery was implemented in conjunction with Martel Construction, Inc.
