Project Overview:
A design build, tenant improvement, in a recently renovated 1950's commercial building.
The design efficiencies and choices reflect the client's vision of high quality, solution based exercises for downtown clientele. Reclaimed Timber was used for Counter tops, Casework, and Trim. Antibacterial "Sports Weave" carpet tile was used for the the flooring.
The heath club includes lockers rooms, small retail, a small office component, personal training, residential/commercial fitness, equipment sales floor and a cardio theater complete with 13 pieces of cardio equipment and a 92" HD projection screen and surround sound.
