Gold's Corporate asked CTA Sport to design a new Corporate Gold's Gym for them in a facility previously used as a large box food retailer. We were asked to design 40,000 of the 50,000 square feet to include a full basketball court, full lap pool, and Gold's first cardio cinema to complement the Gold's normal cardio and weight amenities. But first, they wanted us to assist them in pre-designing a workout area of 10,000 square feet to assure they achieved an active presale of memberships. Mission accomplished! On the day of their grand opening, this Corporate Gold's Gym had 5,700 members on their books.
