Stockman Bank Downtown Billings is a 5 story, steel frame construction facility that will house the Stockman Bank Downtown branch on the first and second floors. The third and fourth floors are currently shell spaces waiting to be leased. Stockman Bank is pursuing LEED Core & Shell Certification on this project. The finished space for Stockman Bank includes a two story open lobby space with a balcony overlooking the lobby. They will have a teller line, cash and safe deposit box vault, several offices and conference rooms and a 4 lane drive up bank. Overall, the building is a little over 42,000 SF. It is expected to be completed and operational by the end of 2011.
