Project Overview:
CTA is in the process of designing a new corporate campus in Meridian, Idaho for Scentsy Inc. CTA's focus is on creating an environment for Scentsy employees which promotes productivity, user comfort, improved health, natural daylighting and views.
This 50 acre site includes remodeling and expansion of existing buildings and the addition of four new state-of-the-art facilities designed to maximize user comfort and productivity. The landscape will be a show piece for Scentsy with modern courtyards and plazas, bold sweeps of color with regionally appropriate plants and materials, useable outdoor recreation spaces, and peaceful water features.
These elements will be woven into a site circulation system that is vital to the function of the campus. Through the collaboration of all disciplines within CTA, Scentsy campus will be a shining example of sustainable and integrated design.
