The project program included an industrial park concept to serve the auto manufacturing industry.

The Athens/Chattanooga area includes auto manufacturing from Toyota and a new billion dollar complex developed by Volkswagon.

The project task included programming, concept design, cost estimating as well as lease rates and job projections.
