Project Overview:
Silverbrook Estates encompasses approximately 300 acres along the Stillwater River in Kalispell, Montana. CTA completed the master plan for this 586 lot subdivision.
Additional design services focused on the entry features, open space, parks and park amenities. Silverbrook Estates also features Silverbrook Town Center, a commercial area within walking distance of the residential subdivision.
CTA designed the 60 foot clear-span pedestrian and vehicular bridge for the main road and trail system at Silverbrook Estates in Kalispell, MT. The bridge won Montana’s Contractors Association award for best bridge in 2009.
