Project Overview:
The Big Sky Town Center is a 165 acre Planned Unit Development set in a stunning alpine meadow at an elevation of 6,000 feet in Big Sky Montana. It is nearly 1,300 feet below the base areas of the acclaimed Big Sky resort, the new Moon Light Basin, and the private Yellowstone Club ski areas.
The overall master plan proposes a mixed use product based on progressive land-use principles. This concept focuses on a variety of residential and commercial neighborhoods clustered around a pedestrian-only village at its core.
The Town Center is currently planned to accommodate 330,000 sf of commercial and office uses, 36,000 sf of public and quasi-public uses, 350 units of hotel/lodging, 398multi-family units and 93 single family homes.
