Project Overview:
CTA plays the role of "trusted advisor" in the development of the Billings Clinic Master Plan includes the Cancer Center, Ambulatory Surgery Center, Remote Site Medical Clinics, and Campus Departmental Upgrades. Four focus areas include:
1: A successful master planning process involving over 500 client service providers, and resulting in a well received and well thought out 9 year plan, with 3-year priority phases.
2: The use of "Evidence Based Design" to draw upon expanded research in design solutions that focuses results on improved Patient Experience and fewer medical errors.
3: An emphasis on Delivery Methods that involve Contractor Teams early in the design process.
4: Value Engineering and Cost Control to match quality and cost, so the client can see an ROI that in the end controls health care costs.
