Project Overview:
Pinnacle Bank's 23,340 square feet are designed around modern concepts of functionality, sustainability, and regionalism. Anchored on a significant intersection in downtown Cody, the building plan uses bank visitor flow, site vehicle flow, and solar orientation to define its form.
Regional details like shed roofs, stone, timber, and trellises, along with large expanses of glass, are used to create a dynamic connection between the interior and the outdoors. The building will include heating and cooling systems 30% more efficient than national standards and the site will contain and filter all stormwater back into the aquifer. The project just finishing construction and is targeted to be certified LEED silver.
