The Missoula Federal Credit Union in Missoula, Montana is an addition & remodel totaling 49,549 sq ft. In addition to the existing 18,689 sq ft., the new addition will include two floors and a basement totaling 30,860 sq ft. The project will be conducted in phases starting with a remodel of the existing training center which will be transformed into a drive-thru teller component. The second phase will be the two story addition and the last phase will consist of remodeling the current teller/drive-thru main branch building.
