Project Overview:
Over the years, CTA has been providing a full range of services for First Interstate Bank from trusted advisor on advanced planning for site acquisition and condition assessments, to building and remodel designs as well as interior design and furniture purchases.
We have developed prototype branch banks for future sites, as well as created a custom facilities management program to track leases, utility billing, usage, vendor references and deferred maintenance for budget tracking.
Construction completed in October 2009 for the new 118,000 Square Feet square foot LEED Certified First Interstate Bank Tower in Missoula, MT.
