Totaling 49,549 sq. ft., this project is a remodel and an addition which includes two floors and a basement. The project was conducted in phases, starting with a remodel of the existing training center which was transformed into a drive-thru teller component. The second phase was the two-story and basement addition. And the last phase was the remodel of the current teller/drive-thru main branch building. The bank’s interior reflects an organic, contemporary design and builds upon LEED ideas and concepts. The birch trees displaced by the building expansion now stand as sculptural elements in the lobby and were also recycled for countertop surfaces and furniture.
