This new mixed-use building will contain approximately 120,000 sq. ft. spanning five floors. This includes a lower level parking garage, two floors of commercial lease space, over 40 residential condos on the top three floors, and a roof deck with stunning views of the Bridger Mountain Range. Situated in the heart of downtown Bozeman, one block from Main Street, 5 West is one of the largest mixed-use projects to be constructed in Bozeman. Tastefully designed to reflect Bozeman’s past while pointing the way toward its future, the building brings new energy to an underdeveloped area of downtown. The project is projected for completion in summer 2017.
