Originally from Hardin, Montana, Jim earned his degree at Montana State University in Bozeman. He specializes in project management and marketing and is the leader of CTA's Government Market Sector area of practice.
Jim is a member of the AIA, NCARB Certified, member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation, contributing member of the American Indian College Fund, and charter member of the National Museum of the American Indian.
